Dungan Homes is now building in “The Sanctuary”.

We have just broken ground in our newest location, The Sanctuary, a subdivision located just off 675 in Fairborn.  Nestled next to the Cemex Nature Preserve, The Sanctuary offers lots for single family ranch and two story home construction from 2000 square feet and up.
