Dungan Homes has been building custom homes in Montgomery, Greene and Miami County subdivisions for over 20 years.  We also build “offsite” on your lot, or we can assist you in finding a location. Our custom home experience allows you to work with us directly, from site selection to home completion, with assistance along the way in design, finance, and product selection. We have a network of contractors that we have been doing business with for years.

Dungan Homes is uniquely positioned to improve and streamline your home building experience, because we have an in-house designer.  With an in-house designer, we are able to take your new home dreams from a vision…to a blueprint…to a reality.  Our designer can meet with you to discuss specifics including floor plans and architectural details.  One of the benefits of in-house computerized design is the ability to modify a plan and view it electronically.
