If your home is in need of repairs or maintenance, we have the services for you.

Dungan Homes is proud to announce our Home Maintenance Service for the greater Dayton area. With our skilled employees and network of reliable contractors, we are a one source provider for all of your repair needs, remodeling projects and additions.

We will inspect your home and provide you with a detailed report of our findings. We provide a prioritized list of repair and maintenance recommendations. It is your choice to do the repairs yourself, or to have our staff do them for you. The fee for the mainteance assessment is based on the size and detail of your home. We include two hours of repair/maintenance service with our maintenance assessment.

Some of the services we provide are:

Exterior Patio, paver and deck power washing; Sealing of patios, pavers, decks and driveways; Deck repair; Caulking of windows, doors and trim; Inpsection and replacement of weather stripping; Shutter cleaning and repair; Masonry sealing; Painting projects; Door fit and operation.

Interior Grout and tile repair; Door and hardware adjustments; Filter inspection and replacement; Smoke detector testing and battery change; Nail pops and drywall repair; Painting; Upgrading insulation; Granite top sealing.

Dungan Homes has expanded their expertise into construction of room addiitions and remodeling projects. “It is a natural fit for our company to move into this field” says owner Mike Dungan. We have been building custom homes for over 30 years and that is really what remodeling and additions is all about, customization. We have our own demolition crew on staff, field supervisors that are knowledgeable in all areas of construciton and detail oriented finish crews that make sure the end result is exactly what the customer was looking for.
