Mike Dungan, Owner
Mike Dungan, company owner, brings over 35 years of custom home building experience to the table. A second generation of the Dungan family in the home building industry, Mike has built custom homes in the finer Montgomery County and Miami County neighborhoods since the early 70’s.
Mike has been the president of the Home Builders Association of Dayton and the Miami County Homebuilders Association. He has been named “Builder of the Year” by both associations and has been in the “Registered Builder” program since it’s inception in 1981.
Deb Hoff, Chief Financial Officer
Deb Hoff is our Chief Financial Officer and also oversees the administrative side of Dungan Homes. She has been Mike’s colleague since 1986 when he branched out on his own from the family business. Deb has brought a wealth of experience to the team and constantly looks for ways to improve your home building experience.
Deb has been involved in the home building industry for over 30 years. She was the first female president of the Home Builders Association of Miami County in 2001. She has made a commitment and is involved in her local community as well. She is a current director of the Miami County Habitat for Humanity, and was instrumental in the creation of its first “Women Build”.
Brett Dunnington, Home Design
With over 20 years of residential design experience, Brett Dunnington can take an idea and turn it into something extraordinary for the buyer in the custom home market. He uses his space planning skills and unique eye for architectural details to the best advantage.
Brett constantly keeps up with the changing trends in the building community and challenges himself to meet the growing demands of the industry. His willingness to embrace the latest concepts and new products in new home building makes him a leader in that market. He is always searching for new and innovative ways to “Improve Your Quality of Life”.
Production Staff
Josh Dungan, who is the third generation Dungan in the homebuilding industry, is a project coordinator. Each of our custom homes is assigned to a “hands-on” coordinator who personally monitors the construction process from start to completion.
Office Support Staff
Our office support staff is led by Charlene Kneer, office manager, who has over twelve years experience in the home building industry. Charlene handles the accounting functions of the company and is our customer service liaison as well, coordinating service and warranty follow up.
