J. E. Dungan began building single family homes in the mid 1960’s. His son Mike came on board and began learning the skills in 1967. In 2004, Mike’s son Josh became the third generation of Dungans to enter the homebuilding industry.
Mike Dungan has been building custom homes in Montgomery, Greene, and Miami County subdivisions for over 45 years. We also build “offsite” on your lot, or we can assist you in finding a location. Our custom home experience allows you to work with us directly, from site selection to home completion, with assistance along the way in design, finance, and product selection. We have a network of contractors that we have been doing business with for years.

MIKE DUNGAN
Owner
Mike Dungan, the company owner, brings almost a half-century of custom home building and entrepreneurial experience to the table. The second generation of the Dungan family to be in the home building industry, Mike has built custom homes in the finer Montgomery County and Miami County neighborhoods since the early 1970s.
Mike is a past president of the Home Builders Association of Dayton and the Miami County Homebuilders Association. He has been named “Builder of the Year” by both associations and continues to build homes based on industry standards set forth by these associations. He is also co-owner of Stonefield Custom Homes, a joint venture with Rick Mosier of Richard J. Mosier Builders.
JOSH DUNGAN
Project Manager
As the third generation of Dungan Homes, Josh manages day-to-day operations on your build. He is present on the site as he monitors the construction process from start to completion.
Josh, like his father, takes pride in the personal attention he provides you throughout and beyond the construction of your home. As Josh continues to be more absorbed in overall management, Dungan Homes is thrilled he will be succeeding Mike's leadership in the future.
Josh served as the 2018 President of Dayton Home Builders Association and is currently on the Board of Directors.
DEB HOFF
CFO, Office Manager
Deb Hoff is our Chief Financial Officer and also oversees the administrative side of Dungan Homes. She has been Mike’s colleague since 1985. Deb has brought a wealth of experience to the team and constantly looks for ways to enhance your home building experience.
Deb has been involved in the home building industry for over 35 years. She was the first female president of the Home Builders Association of Miami County in 2001.
Deb is involved in her local community as well. She was the past president of the Miami County Habitat for Humanity and was instrumental in the creation of its first “Women Build” home and the “A Brush with Kindness” program.
