At Dungan Homes, we know that ultimately we are responsible for your happiness in your new home.  Because of this, we provide a 10 year structural warranty through a nation-wide warranty corporation in addition to our standard one year builder warranty.  We also are a participant in the Registered Builder Program of the Home Builder’s Association of Dayton and the Miami Valley.
