We have just added another new floor plan to our website. Be sure to check out "THE VILLINA" on our FLOOR PLANS page under CUSTOM PATIO. Shown here with a basement, this plan is easily adaptable to a ranch style by removing the staircase and expanding that area to create another bedroom.
We have added some unique features to this home such as having access to the master bedroom closet directly from the laundry room. You will also see that there is a "family foyer" off the garage where a built in storage bench will conveniently hold your personal items you need everyday. This area can also be set up with a "charging station" for your cell phones, tablets, etc.
